Mike Carter, from American Water Systems, came to our home today and asked if he could test the water. We had just purchased the home a few days ago and didn't have any knowledge of the pollutants that were in our water system. Mike was very nice and spent a great deal of time demonstrating the procedure to give us a visual of the condition of the water coming out of our faucet. He was very professional and showed a great deal of knowledge in this industry. He explained in detail the complexities of the water treatment system and provided an abundance of information in this area. Thanks, Mike for testing our water!
